Application:
This linkage line consists of KCQ20 vertical ultrasonic bottle
washing machine, GMS-B type hot air circulatory tunnel
sterilizing drier, DSG2/80 liquid filling and cap-screwing machine
,DJ light inspection machine and KTN type sticker labeling and
printing machine. They can be used as single machine, or equipped
with other machine to suit for the production of eye drop of
different type and specs.

KCQ20 vertical auto ultrasonic bottle washing machine
This machine has a unique structure, it adopts manipulator to
pincer the bottle and 3 kinds of water of water and 3 kinds of air
to purge the bottle. The cleaned bottle has a high purity degree.
The consumed water and compressed air amount is relatively small.
It is suitable for the cleaning of both plastic bottles and glass
bottles.
GMS-B type hot air circulatory sterilizing tunnel drier
This machine is designed according to the GMP technical document.
The complete production parameter can be set, modified displayed
and printed. The running speed can be adjusted. The sterilizing
procedure is conducted under the protection of 100-class laminar
flow. The working temperature can be adjusted to suit the technical
requirements.
DSG2/80 type eye drop filling and cap-screwing machine
This machine’s filling dosage is set by the micro-processor. The
filling procedure is conducted by the peristaltic pump. The
manipulator conducted stopped-adding and cap-adding. It adopts
constant torsion cap-screwing. Also, the machine stops auto
matucally filling when no bottle. The whole machine has a stable
running status and high precision of filling dosage. The filled
bottle will not drip. The screwed bottle will not become loose
easily.
DJ light inspection machine
Adopt clearness and rotating inspection. The inspection effect is
good.
KTN sticker labeling and printing machine
Auto conduct labeling and lot. Printing procedure. Auto display
quantity record. Adopts heating printing and the letter printed is
clear. The printing form can be adjusted.
